CHARTER RATES

Starfire sportfishing offers private fishing charters ranging from 6 hour half day trips up to 12 hour long range trips. Chartering the boat allows you a more private experience on the water and also allows us to cater the experience around the style of fishing you prefer. 1/2 Day Trip

6 Hours

Half day charter trips are focused on local fishing near Morro Bay, California for rockfish and lingcod. Chartered trips allow us to perfectly cater to your groups skill level and desired style of fishing.

3/4 Day Trip

8 Hours

Three quarter day trips provide you an opportunity to fish further up the California coastline in search of larger grade schools of rockfish and lingcod. Fishing shallow or deep is your choice when you book any private charter.

Full Day Trip

10 Hours

Full day trips bring you up the coastline toward the San Simeon lighthouse fishing grounds. Full day charters provide you and your group more time to pick away at the larger grade rockfish. We don't waste our time with smaller grade rockfish when operating full day private charters.

Long Range

12 Hours

Long range trips bring you up the coastline and past the San Simeon lighthouse fishing grounds. This area is commonly referred to as "Jurassic Park" because of the age and large size of the rockfish and lingcod. Full day charters provide you and your group the opportunity to catch a fish of a lifetime.
